By accessing or using dunk-grassroots.org (the “Site”), operated by DUNK Grassroots (“DUNK”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

DUNK is a nonprofit organisation. The Site provides information about our programmes, invites donations and partnerships, and helps people get involved. We do not operate this Site to generate profit from personal data. Visitor information shared with us is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is not sold or used for commercial profit generation.

Content on the Site is provided for general information about DUNK’s work. While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that every detail is complete, current, or error-free. Programme details, schedules, and opportunities may change.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

Unless otherwise noted, text, graphics, logos, photographs, and other materials on the Site are owned by DUNK or used with permission. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial, or educational purposes that support our mission, with appropriate credit. You may not reproduce or exploit Site content for commercial profit without our prior written permission.

Inquiries submitted through the Site (including volunteer and partnership forms) are requests for contact, not contracts. Donations and formal partnerships may be subject to additional terms, receipts, or agreements provided at the time of giving or collaboration.

External shops, payment processors, or partner platforms linked from the Site are governed by their own terms. Review those carefully before completing a transaction.

Links to social media, maps, shops, or other third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DUNK disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DUNK and its board, staff, and volunteers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us (if any) for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or one hundred Ghana cedis (GHS 100).

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Ghanaian law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DUNK from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any rights of another person — except to the extent caused by our own negligence or wilful misconduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes arising from these terms or the Site shall be subject to the courts of Ghana, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that may apply.

We may revise these Terms of Use periodically. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
