Our youth empowerment project equips youth with practical leadership and employability skills — to unlock their potential and boost their job readiness. Built around peer-to-peer learning within a supportive ecosystem, it reshapes narratives and positions marginalised youth as highly desirable candidates. Inspired by DUNK’s partner GAME, the empowerment model and anchored in the World Health Organisation’s life‑skills framework, our program operates on three levels—individual, group, and community—to develop Ghanaian youth holistically.
