The Step‑up Project uplifts at‑risk youth—especially young mothers and school dropouts—by offering community-tailored vocational training (like sewing, computer skills, fashion illustrations, and batik-making) alongside personal development courses. Our peer-driven model enables participants to grow together as they prepare for the workforce. With the ultimate goal of launching a women-led cooperative, the program fosters economic, emotional, and intellectual independence.
