Think about achieving gender equity in Ghana by empowering men and girls to understand and respect women's rights. By establishing boys/men networks, clubs and advocates through an inside-out approach, we aim to facilitate a shift of mindset and knowledge on gender topics. The project builds on the Girls Empowerment Project led by WILDAF GHANA. The project's overall goal establishes a movement of men/boys to take action and stand for equal opportunities for all using sports as a tool for social change.
